Dairy cows that are being cared for in family businesses were used to compare the pregnancy rates by applying different time periods, using progesterone devices, and fixed-time artificial inseminations. The randomly divided into 3 groups. Group 1(n = 56); On day 0, GnRH (IM) (10mg Buserelin acetate, Ovarelin, CEVA DIF) + Progesterone implants (PRID®) (1,55 g CEVA), Day 8 PGF2α (Dinoprost tromethamine, 25 mg, Dinolytic, Pfizer), 9 removal PGF2α, insemination was performed at 56th hours after second injection. 2 (n 50); on implants, 8th day, 9th 48th 72th hour 53); 0 5th injection, 6 remove implant 56 PGF2α. average milk yield recorded 1 16.66 ± 5.28 kg, 13.46 3.05 kg. as 15.35 4.60 Pregnancy diagnoses 35 days insemination. rate 41.07% 1, 42% 2, 52.83% 3. As a result; similar all three It has been concluded synchronization with can solve many reproductive problems.
